The project
How Baito built and staffed Watsons’ giant-monster takeover of Bukit Bintang
Watsons Club Biggest Rewards 2026, run in Malay as Ganjaran Raksasa (Giant Rewards), turned Bukit Bintang into a giant-monster rewards hunt for six days, 14 to 19 April, from 10am to 10pm daily.
The campaign ran on two linked sites: an outdoor set on the Lot 10 G-Floor plaza and an indoor redemption booth at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur’s Connection, G-Floor Centre Court. Both had to be built, staffed and kept running every day, with a PR launch on the opening evening and the permits to cover it all.
Baito was lead agency FrameMotion Studio’s production and on-ground delivery partner at both sites: fabrication and site dressing, the daily floor crew, launch day, operations and permits.
Campaign days (14–19 April 2026) and sites (Lot 10 and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur) are from the on-site campaign signage and the venue paperwork. Crew per day is Baito’s floor crew across both sites (1 supervisor and 8 promoters), as billed to FrameMotion Studio after the event; technical crew are not counted. These are Baito’s own delivery counts, not audience figures.
01The brief
One monster hunt.
Two sites.
Ganjaran Raksasa gave the campaign its theme: giant rewards, told through a giant monster. Lead agency FrameMotion Studio brought Baito in to turn that theme into two working sites in Bukit Bintang, and to keep both running from 10am to 10pm for six days.
Lot 10’s G-Floor plaza held the outdoor set. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur’s Connection, G-Floor Centre Court, held the indoor redemption booth. Each site needed its own build and its own crew, every day of the run.
Baito’s scope ran from fabrication and site dressing to the daily floor crew, the PR launch on the opening evening, and the operations and permits behind them.
- 01 / Lot 10
G-Floor outdoor plaza
The outdoor set: the LED gift box, the monster-claw ring toss, monster-footprint floor graphics and the wrapped Kombi van registration point. Launch day, 14 April.
- 02 / Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
Connection, G-Floor Centre Court
The indoor redemption booth: the wind-chamber game, the redemption station, counter graphics, carpet, signage, a lightbox poster and standee boards.
02Lot 10 build
A monster-sized set on the Lot 10 plaza.
On the Lot 10 G-Floor plaza, Baito built and installed the three pieces that made the monster theme physical: the LED gift-box structure, a 3D monster-claw sculpture for the ring-toss game, and monster-footprint floor graphics.
The gift box’s LED walls played the Ganjaran Raksasa monster animation beneath a pink bow and Watsons logos. Beside it, the claw rose from a rock base as the target for the ring toss.
Baito also supplied the fully wrapped Kombi van that served as the registration point: a yellow van covered with a roaring green monster and the ‘Ganjaran Raksasa RM10,000,000’ line.
03Pavilion
The indoor
redemption booth.
The second site sat indoors, at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur’s Connection, G-Floor Centre Court. Here the campaign took the form of a redemption booth, dressed in the same monster theme as the Lot 10 set.
Baito supplied the wind-chamber game and its wrap, the redemption station, counter graphics, carpet, direction signage, a lightbox poster and standee boards.
The booth was staffed on all six days alongside Lot 10. Photographs from 17 and 19 April show it in use: shoppers gathered at the booth mid-campaign, and crew working the redemption counter on the final evening.
04Launch day
From flashmob
to rostrum.
The campaign opened with a PR launch at Lot 10 on 14 April. Baito supplied the flashmob performers, the rostrum, and the photography and videography crews for the day.
The programme ran from an afternoon flashmob and games on the plaza with Watsons’ cat mascots to an evening flashmob in front of the glowing gift box, then a ceremony at the rostrum beside an LED sphere.
At the ceremony, Watsons Club was presented with Malaysia Book of Records recognition for the Highest Rewards Value in a Membership Loyalty Programme 2026 (RM10,000,000). The record belongs to Watsons Club; Baito’s part was the launch around it: the rostrum, the flashmob performers and the photo and video crews.

05On the floor
Nine crew on the floor,
every day.
Baito ran the floor crew at Lot 10 and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on all six days: 1 supervisor and 8 promoters every day, plus technical crew, for a campaign open from 10am to 10pm.
At Lot 10, crew in lime campaign T-shirts stood by the ring toss and helped guests with their phones beside the monster claw. At Pavilion, they worked the redemption counter.
Behind the floor team sat the operations: AV and lighting, power supply, transport and storage, setup and dismantle, and design artwork. Baito also handled the authority paperwork: the DBKL event permit, the music licence and public liability insurance.

Baito floor crew per day
Lot 10 & Pavilion Kuala Lumpur · 14–19 April 2026
Baito’s floor crew held both sites for the full run: 1 supervisor and 8 promoters every day from 14 to 19 April, plus technical crew, with the Lot 10 set and the Pavilion booth open from 10am to 10pm.
These are Baito’s own delivery counts, as billed to FrameMotion Studio after the event, not audience figures. Technical crew are not counted in the nine.
For agencies planning a similar takeover, the value is one partner for the build, the floor team and the paperwork: two sites built, staffed and kept running from launch day to the final evening.
