The project
How Baito built the 2026 ZEEKR X launch at Odeum, JioSpace
Working for lead agency Luxemotion Event, Baito produced ZEEKR’s one-day launch of the 2026 ZEEKR X at Odeum, JioSpace in Petaling Jaya.
ZEEKR unveiled the car to invited guests on 23 June 2026. Everything they saw that day, from the entrance to the stage, had to be designed, built and branded for a single launch day.
The day ran from arrival and check-in, through hands-on zones around the venue, to a stage show that ended with two ZEEKR X units uncovered. Baito delivered the production behind that whole flow, front of house and backstage, from adapting the design to running the show.
No attendance or engagement figures were reported for this launch, so these are Baito’s own delivery counts, not audience or sales results. The eight scopes: design adaptation; stage, hall and outdoor fabrication; kinetic LED; heat-press customisation and printing; crew and show operations; catering; rental equipment; and logistics and management. The guest and crew event app ran alongside them. The four areas are the entrance, hall, stage and outdoor areas at Odeum, JioSpace.
01The build
One look, from the entrance to the stage.
A launch built for one day still has to feel finished everywhere a guest looks. Baito adapted the launch design for the stage, hall, entrance and outdoor builds, so every area carried the same ZEEKR X look.
The team then fabricated the stage set, the hall and its activation zones, and the outdoor areas of the venue. The rental equipment, the logistics and the management of the production as a whole sat with Baito too.
The kinetic LED tile wall added movement to the build. Baito installed and ran it, and the tiles moved through ZEEKR X graphics during the day.
02Arrival
Ready before the first guest arrived.
The guest journey started at the entrance. Crew prepared it before guests arrived: a WELCOME LED screen, red stanchion ropes and the ZEEKR X on display beneath the “Welcome to the Unveiling of ZEEKR X” screen.
From arrival and check-in onwards, Baito staffed the venue through to the reveal, and provided catering for guests.
Hands-on zones around the venue let guests get close to the car itself, with the doors and tailgate open to explore.
03X-perience Lab
Choose a patch.
Watch it pressed.
The ZEEKR X-perience Lab gave guests something hands-on to do at the launch. Baito ran the heat-press customisation station and its printing: guests chose patches, and a facilitator pressed them onto ZEEKR garments.

The press in action
Guests choose. A facilitator presses.
The station was set up with T-shirts on a rail above two heat presses. Guests queued behind a red rope, picked their patches from a tray, and watched a Baito facilitator press them into place.
The clip is a silent eight-second highlight from the ZEEKR event, showing the press in use.

04The event app
One app for guests and crew.
Baito provided the ZEEKR X guest and crew event app, and it was in use on the launch day.
The same app covered the guest side, from RSVP to a QR passport with stamps and the test-drive queue, and the tools the crew worked with.

05The reveal
A stage show that ended with the covers off.
Baito operated the stage programme, from guest arrival through to the reveal.
Dancers performed in front of the two covered ZEEKR X units, with a lit ZEEKR wordmark at the front of the stage. A pixel-art X filled the main LED wall while the crowd filmed.
Then the covers came off. The lilac and grey ZEEKR X units stood uncovered on stage, a host between them, as guests watched from the hall.

Production scopes delivered by Baito
From design adaptation to show operations · 23 June 2026
No attendance or engagement figures were reported for this launch, so this study records what Baito delivered rather than audience results.
Working for lead agency Luxemotion Event, Baito delivered eight production scopes across the launch: design adaptation; stage, hall and outdoor fabrication; kinetic LED; heat-press customisation and printing; crew and show operations; catering; rental equipment; and logistics and management. The guest and crew event app ran alongside them on the day.
The stage show built to the main moment: the two ZEEKR X units uncovered in front of the hall.
For brands planning a launch, the value is one team across the build and the show. The look carries into every area, the hands-on stations run, and the stage is ready for the reveal.
