From grassroots activations to nationwide campaigns -- how Baito Group became the partner 300+ brands rely on.

Baito Group Sdn Bhd (SSM: 150283-X) was founded in 2016 with a clear mission: to become Malaysia's most reliable event support partner. We saw that brands needed more than just an event planner -- they needed an operational backbone that could handle talent, equipment, logistics, and execution under one roof.

Starting from Puchong, Selangor, we built our reputation one activation at a time. Our approach was simple: say yes, then figure out how to deliver beyond expectations. That philosophy turned first-time clients into long-term partners.

Today, we operate across all 13 states in Malaysia, serving multinational corporations and local brands alike. With over 10,000 projects completed and a 4.9/5 client satisfaction rating, we have grown from a small team into Malaysia's go-to event support specialist -- and we are just getting started.

2024-2026
AI Innovation & Scale
Launched AI photo booths, expanded to 150+ locations nationwide, and introduced digital-first activation solutions. Surpassed 10,000 project milestone.
2022-2023
Post-Pandemic Growth
Rapid expansion as live events returned. Added roving marketing vehicles, interactive workshops, and expanded team to handle nationwide campaigns simultaneously.
2020-2021
Adapting Through COVID
Pivoted to hybrid and socially-distanced activations. Invested in new equipment and digital capabilities while maintaining client relationships.
2018-2019
Rapid Expansion
Secured major FMCG and retail clients. Expanded beyond KL to Penang, Johor Bahru, and East Malaysia. Built our equipment rental division.
2016-2017
The Beginning
Baito Group founded in Puchong, Selangor. Started with talent recruitment and small-scale activations. Won first major brand contract within 6 months.
